in the food industry. A fun fact: He worked at a restaurant where the menu was bacon based and he is Jewish! He loves seeing so many customers happy – especially enjoying his awesome screamalicious #icecream or a Chili Man chili dog (the best chili dog in Charlotte).

Michael is the creative force behind Screamatorium flavors such as our popular flavors Key Lime Pie, Nana Puddin’, Butter Pecan, Brown Sugar Cinnamon, Cookies ‘n Cream and Ride the Rainbow. Michael had a dream to have his own homemade pie joint but instead uses his talents to help make the Screamery Creamery the BEST liquid nitrogen ice cream in the greater Charlotte area and to also provide support to the Chili Man chili dog business.
